We at ResearchChemicalsLondon.co.uk reserve the right top modify these terms at any time and without prior notice. We can accept no responsibility for any action taken in respect to an order from the website and/or any action taken against an importation of our products. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product is legal within the country/region of purchase.

The products on the ResearchChemicalsLondon.co.uk website are not intended for purchase, possession and/or use by anyone under the age of 18. In purchasing from ResearchChemicalsLondon.co.uk you agree that you are over this prescribed age and are not intending to supply those persons under this age.

ON purchasing from this site you agree that the compounds sold are for research purposes only, specifically GC/MS reference and reagent testing. You are also in agreement that work carried out will be in facilities suitable for such work and meeting exacting security and health and safety standards. Any work carried out using the compounds purchased will have undertaken a risk assessment regarding property and persons involved. You will impose strict measures concerning the handling and use of the compounds.

We at ResearchChemicalsLondon.co.uk reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not meeting the above criteria and/or suspected by us of misuse of any of our product. Any order which has not been sent will be refunded in this eventuality. Anyone falling foul of these terms will be excluded from using the site in future.

Once our product has entered the postal system we can accept no responsibility for the product. No refund will be offered in case of loss or damage to product at this point. Exceptions to this are orders placed with Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, International Signed For and Airsure. Orders using these services will be resent free pf charge following confirmation from Royal Mail. Orders received before 2pm will be sent same day for delivery the following day (Royal Mail).

Packages will not be refunded as a consequence of any force majeur.

Once you bought the product from us we are unable to do any refunds or exchange.

ResearchChemicalsLondon.co.uk are unable to offer refunds on any purchase made through the site. Orders seized by customs will not be refunded under any circumstance – importing restrictions are the responsibility of the purchaser.
